Antique Library Ladder

Two Saturdays ago I was at a yard sale just down the street from where we live and I spotted this ladder.   I wasn't really sure what kind of ladder is was but the $15 price tag convinced me to take it home.....well.....actually we had to go home and get a bigger vehicle to load it in!
