Earn Gems
Gems earned by completing achievements and clearing obstacles. After completing all the challenges in the achievements menu, let's say about 50 obstacles, the clashers will be rewarded with gems. Also when clashers gained 3200 trophies, they will be awarded 2000 gems, a total of 3715 gems will be awarded and with this amount of gems that a clashers can earn from achievements truly you have to use them wisely.
Also clearing obstacles is another way of earning gems that's the source of continuous supply of gems. Although sometimes you will not earn any gems on clearing obstacles but surely you will gain some experience. There's also a Gem Box which always yields 25 gems when cleared, but it is rare or usually spawns about once per week than a normal obstacles.
